A Successful 2nd Annual Race Day in Palm Bay!

Rotary Club of Palm Bay hosted its 2nd annual Race Day in Palm Bay 5K and 10K Run/Walk on Saturday, April 14, 2012.  Forty six runners crossed the finish line, with 28 runners in the 5K and 18 runners in the 10K. World Renowned Pianist from Italy to perform in Melbourne.

Back by popular demand, Francesco Attesti will perform one show only at 7:30 pm on Saturday, Feb 11th at the Gleason Performing Arts Center at FIT.  He will perform the works of Beethoven, Chopin, Gershwin and Shubert.  Also see special guest performances from some of Brevard’s most talented student musicians.  Proceeds will benefit the Creative Arts Foundation of Brevard http://creativeartsbrevard.org/index.html as well as the FIT music department and the local community projects of the Rotary Club of Palm Bay.

Golfers and Hole Sponsors Needed for Palm Bay Golf Benefit

The Rotary Club of Palm Bay presents the 2nd Annual Bogey Boy’s Golf Tournament, to benefit a local family with extreme medical needs. The Major’s Golf Club in Palm Bay is the sight and the date is Saturday, November 19th 8:00am shotgun start. Businesses or individuals can sponsor a hole for $55 or 2 holes for $100. Also needed are prizes for raffle and give-aways for goody bags.

Palm Bay Rotary to host HUGE garage sale

Palm Bay Rotary will host a HUGE garage sale at Andretti Thrill Park on Saturday, October 29th from 8am to 1pm.

Proceeds will go to the club’s 3rd Grade Dictionary Project, Holiday Meals Program and other local Rotary Club projects.

Many, many thanks to Chuck Beatty and Palm Bay Stor-All for donating storage space for the event.

Water safety reading program at Palm Bay Community Charter 4/7 @ 9am

On Thursday morning at 9 a.m. at Palm Bay Community Charter School, 1350 Wyoming Drive Southeast, Palm Bay we will be doing our first (and only one this school year) Josh the Otter reading. If you want to attend or just come to watch you are welcome to. We also could use a few hands to hand out coloring books and help with the overall chaos. Wyoming is off Babcock St south of Waco, turn right on Wyoming and go just a few blocks down to the school. Please try to arrive by 8:45 and go to the front office and tell them you are with the Rotary. Learn more about Josh the Otter here.

Palm Bay Rotary Hosts 5k/10k Run!

The Rotary Club of Palm Bay will host a 5k/10k fun family run on June 11 in Palm Bay.  The races will start at the Rotary Action Park on Osmosis Drive SW.  Runner registration info will be coming shortly.  Sponsorship information can be found here. Palm Bay Rotary April Meetings

The Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday at 6pm @ 321 Plumbing (see calendar for information/directions. Regular club lunch meetings will be held on April 7/14/21/28 in the community room at The Fountains (see calendar for information directions to all meetings). All meetings are open to the public!
